use CO on singularity:

"09:08:08 Notify You don't have high enough standing with EVE System to use the facilities."


Is this a bug or you didnt give us access yet?

if you would have looked at his name, you would have seen that its someone else who said earth than the OP(whatever that may mean, just saw it to often to kinda know how to use it)
