Clarification on Kill Rights systems.

So my main suicided a retriever and he made kill rights to all as an option.

Before I know it my CNR is being jumped in a mission by a neut gnosis. I quickly switch targets and get him into half armor and he warps away. Sadly didn't have a warp disruptor.

Next I go to Amarr and fit out a stabber and I'm attacked by 3 players. I dock. Then undock. Then decide to engage the cormorant , popped him and then 3 more players joined the fight.

What I'm asking is?

Once a kill right has been activated as open to all, can they kill you at any time even when the kill right owner is offline.

Yes you can make a killiright available for sale and then anyone can purchase it and activate a suspect timer on the person.

I tried that but after dong for 6 times and realizing i still had to go trough 20 more i gave up Lol
