Skill Completed Jingle

So every time I complete a skill it says "Skill completed" and then plays a short jingle.
Is that not the same sound effect once used when docked in the old Gallente stations ?
When the NPC would announce some gibberish ?

Can we get a loud DING-DONG-DING-DONG-DING-DONG sound with a Gilbert Godfreid voice over saying SKILLS-DONE-SKILLS-DONE-SKILLS-DONE whenever a skill is completed? Also, how about a background program that automatically turns your computer volume to 100 and does the same sound when skills are completed?

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?
