best of the new ecm frigates?

I'm pretty new and was looking at the new ecm frigates. I was wondering what one is the winner? Or maybe I should say what one would be the most effective in a small gang pvp? I don't know much about ecm, but it always annoys the crap out of me when I get sensor damped. Target painting seems bad because they could still target you easily. It looks like most of the ecm frigates would be easy to destroy. Maybe they will still be useless?

Like I said I'm new to this game and want a little input before I decide to train into one of them.

If you see lonely Vigil hanging on the gate... Say that TPs are useless when he paints yo ass for bombers.
I like each and every one of them, they are like mini-recons, cheap as well. Most of the time I'd say damps > jams, because it's not luck based.

Keres because damps work all the time, 100% of the time.

Sentinel great if you're fighting other small ships, frigs/dessies. (For the cap warfare)

Hyena, like the other guy says, is great to support a missile doctrine gang.

The Hyena is going to be a nasty little boat. 35km Webs from a hull that has a super low sig, high speed, and passable tank is going to be ludicrous. Perfect support vessel for missile boats, because it also receives a painter bonus.

bombers and vigils do like each other, but bombers should be running threir own TPs.
