Orders in different tradting stations

When I travel from Jita to Amarr I can only see the Amarr orders when I am 3 stations away. Is there a skill that I can train to say see my Amarr orders from Jita station?

It's not related to the number of jumps.

It's only the current region that matters.

CCP Greyscale: As to starbases, we agree it's pretty terrible, but we don't want to delay the entire release just for this one factor.
