Unable to log into test server singularity

says my account subscribtion has expired but my account is active please help i petitioned this but got this response.

Hello there,

We can unfortunately only offer support for the Tranquility server as we can't access to data for the Sigularity server. Please note that if you are having any problems connecting to the test servers due to invalid password or username, then you should wait for the next update which will grant you access.

Your account was already activated. Please keep in mind that automatic account reactivations on Singularity are delayed by 12-36 hours.
