Anyone else experiencing issues with iMessage and receiving pings? or Certification issues.

Putting aside coalition hatred.

Issue #1
N3 Jabber: stopped receiving pings the other day.
Attempts to fix made: re-registering API, recreating jabber service. Deleted all plist files. and internet accounts in prefs.
Does connect to server, authenticates. But receives no pings.

NC allies Jabber:
Issue #1
Never able to connect, says password or username invalid and askes to confirm a un-certified certificate.
Attempts made: Deleting jabber account on services page, Registering API, Registered with alliance alt and tried using his api log in. Still same issue. After studying my username and copy and pasting passwords for accuracy; still unable to connect "username/password invalid"

I tried using Adium, same issues.

So, anyone else experiencing/has issues with jabber stuff on mac?

I use Adium for jabber and it runs fine. You should also ignore the issues with NC jabber as their services are total **** and constantly down. I don't even know what you're referring to by n3 jabber as there is no coalition jabber - if you mean s2n jabber, it runs fine and I haven't had any problems with it since we switched servers.

Yea lol its s2n. lol it just stopped working. really annoying as I rely heavily on jabber for participation.

NC jabber always worked fine on my Alienware. Im starting to think that iMessage will not accept a server that has a uncertified SSL certification.
