API and Dividend Payments

I posted this elsewhere, but was told to put it here as well for possibly some better results. If you pay a corporate dividend, the dividend payments do not show up when you look at the wallet API's. I was just wondering if there was some way to get this information or if it was left either by accident or for some reason on purpose

Are you sure that it does not come in the corporation wallet transactions?

It shows up neither in the corporate API nor in personal ones. Everything else I've played with so far seems to work out. These are just missing oddly. Which throws off the balance column afterwards,

I can confirm this issue, same happens for me as well. I'll open a bug report on this.

Have a look at the wallet journal. Dividend payments are listed there. AFAIK, there's no entry in wallet transactions.

You folks seem to be right. Just tried it for myself and I can't find an equivalent entry in both the receiving char's journal XML nor in the dividend-paying corp's journal. Sad

Oh well, tried to create a bug report, but all I got was:


500 internal server error

error, something went wrong

Update

Got an answer to my petition, telling

a) I should post that in the Tech Lab, as the APi devs hang out there (Nelson: "Haha!")
b) It depends on available developer resources if this "feature wish will be implemented" (I kid you not!)

My first thought was to answer with "Which letter in BUG is unknown to you and needs a detailed explanation in order for you to understand the meaning of that word in full?"

I could resist that temptation, though.
