Who is he asking to be banned?

Mario666 for calling SirSqueebles a name or SirSqueebles for something he may or may not have said to Mario666.

In nothing he typed did he use a name.


The fact that you think its Mad Ani and amazingly just happen to be in a channel you don't like when this happened is quite the coincidence isn't it.

This is starting to be some creepy behavior you are showing.

So let me get this straight. Mad Ani can call someone a ****** in chat, and ask his viewers to go raid his channel and spam report for a false reason. Then you can claim that ani never linked a person's name on who to go spam report, yet you can clearly see that Mad Ani had linked a twitch and said "Go to that link, click the cogg and click report for hate speech."

Sure, try again to prove where Ani is in the right, and we're obviously wrong. I would love you to try to do this. Because I think twitch ToS supersedes what you have to say on EVE-O forums about Mad Ani not breaking those rules.

I'm not sure how someone going in, asking Ani to relink and catch him up on the "go mass report him movement" is that crazy. It's still evident that Ani wants people to go break the Twitch TOS for his own gain/favor. Please....just stop being willfully stupid.

YOU (not a bot) re-posted the what, twitch message? message somebody sent you or posted in your chat? Obviously you did it as an inflammatory action or whats the point of re-posting that message? I'm that streamer (SirSqueebles). While I'm of the opinion Ani doesn't really need a job off of this, I do feel like he deserves a medal of some sort for managing to hang himself with the tiny amount of rope I've given him.

I think it's incredibly telling when the OP edited his Q&A update answers inline to make it seem that they were originally written that way.

Also, OPs new argument re: music licensing is that everyone else does it so it must be ok for him.

Personally I'm glad this exception exists. Let's all go steal cars, if enough do it, it's ok, right? Perhaps I'm being facetious but the point stands.
1) Just because others do it doesn't mean its ok for you to do it. Using that as a defence is the type of response I'd expect from a child not a man in his mid 30s. Please reconsider using that as your primary defence
2) it's quite possible (and likely) that the larger streamers who use music and turn do actually have licences to do so.

When someone asked about what the supporters of Mad Ani thought about him making money off the back of other peoples music they all piped up with things like this:

Shortly after all his comments were removed and he disappeared. They continued insulting him, including the official mod of the channel for quite a while after he left.
If he wants other channels reported for hate speech then perhaps we should report his for just the same. Considering his mods block anyone who says anything remotely controversial about the stream yet this kind of stuff is sanctioned shows the kind of censorship that takes place.

Ani, you've royally screwed yourself. Rule #1 when trying to blackmail and pressure a company into giving you a job is "sit back and let the whiteknights do the work for you". You were doing so well till the last day or so.

EOTD, this is still a stupid idea, no matter how people try to slice it. You can't make a profitable job out of some nerd sat at a desk streaming dots moving around a screen. Anyone with a PC can do that AFK, and spend their time at work doing actual work. The only way I can imagine CCP ever does this is if they need to generate a tax sink.

Vote for me as CCP_Commonsense. I'll save the company money, and stop bad ideas getting through the cracks.

streaming something where the content is being provided by other players really doesn't deserve even the first thought of being hired on ccp's part


now take kil2 in comparison, this guy CREATED and PROVIDED content and was also an excellent pvp'er, he knew his ships and how combat worked, this was valuable info for ccp to hire him as a ship balancer due to this experience.

now what do you offer? something that everybody else in eve (100'000+ accounts) could do, and even ccp can do pretty much 99% afk, why would they hire you to do a job they can do right now? why would they waste a wage on someone streaming undocks 99% of the time when they can do that now with no added personel?

and as seen in previous screenshots in this thread you are quite clearly unproffesional towards competition, no company would hire someone who would blatently attack companies/streamers/ppl etc in public channels such as twitch
