Difficulty Anchoring Mobile Lab

I'm feeling very newbie right now...I'm trying to anchor my moble lab within the force field of my POS...I get as far as a green box that I can adjust with the arrows, but I don't know how to get past this step

any help would be greatly appreciated

Right-click on the white arrows.

Like mentioned you right click the arrows, just make sure the box isn't colliding with anything or isn't too close. Otherwise it will just throw an error.
