I'm at a loss. I have met countless good people in EvE Online. Now if you're a forum warrior, which is a given since you have a forum alt, you probably have very little experience actually playing the game and as such can't speak to the community within it. Inside EvE you'll meet people that will blow up your ship, smash your pod, point, laugh and then give ISK and tell you how to avoid such things. On the forums you'll meet people who will talk about how they would totally blow up your ship, smash your pod, point, laugh and then do it all again, if only they weren't so busy doing other awesome things like creating another thread about how EvE is dying.
