Test Server Feedback

Dear friends!
I tryed to log into my accounts on the testserver and got a message, that they are baned. It was indeed happened, but the ban for all my accounts is lifted since 15th of November 2011. Seems just before this date there was a mirrior update for the testserver "Singularity" and there the ban for all my accounts is still active - also the login screen says that the ban time already past. Also there is the problem with the account "Astrophysis" which says "wrong password/username" which will result in same error I had on "Tranquility" (had to reactivate with petition for that account).
I had wrote a petition for the ban lifting on Tranquility and got the following reply from GM Markab:

Hello,

Unfortunately we can not reactivate your accounts on the test server, we just not having to the tools to do that.

However, on the 'Test Server Feedback' parts of the forums, there is a thread for those requesting reactivation of their accounts on the test server, and the devs periodically go over the thread and activate the accounts there.

Jackson Patrician
Auryon Patrician
Emperor Lennard Patrician

I have no idea how to make my own thread - no buttons or other options on the top of my browser window. On the very top is a letter icon and a flag beside my info. Than is comming the tool line (Home, profile etc. til Search forums). So what I have to do?
