Fix the mining fix that you broke (re: depleted asteroids)

From the Odyssey 1.1 patch notes:

Mining will now properly stop if you lose target of the asteroid.


For the unfamiliar, while mining, if someone else depletes the rock, your lasers will keep wasting their cycle on nothing until the cycle ends. This fix notified everyone shooting the depleted rock that it had disappeared and stopped everyone's cycles.

While I'm not much of a miner I do it occasionally and I know quite a few people that loved this change (it did seem long over due).

Unfortunately only days later in one of the Odyssey 1.1.x patches it broke and hasn't worked correctly since.

Fix it please? Our carebears would greatly appreciate it. Big smile

+1 for fixing broken fixes, even though they'll just get re-broken and need another fix to fix the fixed fix that became un-fixed.

I was not aware that this "failed" fix even existed. Would be nice to have, but I'm fine with the way it works.
