I would say you..... Most cats that i have been around do not like their tummy rubbed.

I'd say the cat. The world is a much smaller place to one that does not have to walk back to the crushing defeat of financial stability, life changing decisions, or regrets long passed.

If it is any consolation, the answer is that I was definitely the happiest person. That said, the cat was bloody happy. I spent about 4 hours with it - the beautiful beast just stuck to me like glue.

Sometimes you get a connection.

I absolutely love Cats, especially when they are Kittens. I currently have 2, though if i had my way i would buy another kitten every payday. They are so much fun to play with.

And now im sounding like a 27 year old child....

I had a cat that was with me most of my late childhood who also went with me when I left home. When she passed on, she had been with me for 18 years. My mother so lovingly commented about her that "she was the only female to put up with your **** for that long".

Lol amusing, But cats are very loyal in their own way. My childhood cat was 21 when we had to put him down, I didnt take that well.

I will take this opportunity to say that this is me. I felt so vindicated when I saw this commercial. I always felt like my love of cats emasculated me in the eyes of my peers Lol Even though this commercial did not help us male cat lovers, but it let me know I was not alone lmmfao!!!

So true, but in my insecure youth, the actions of the guy in the commercial were the physical representation of my visceral reactions. I could never deny my cat though.

Actually - the cat is no longer with me either. It was a beautiful cat and it got run over. I put posters up all over the place, I asked in shops when I bought a paper, I pestered my neighbours.

I did find some small comfort in the fact that my cat went out with some humour.

It was run over outside a vegetarian shop run by hippies, that sells nothing but organic food, locally grown. Nearly two miles away from home. Idiot cat. I was truly heartbroken. When they rang me and I had to go and open the box to identify it - that was a low point in my life.

It is probably why I cuddle cats like in the picture in the OP.

Edit - whilst I am being open I have a scar on my hand from saving a kitten whilst I was in Spain. True fact. Also true is that I used my friends bum-bag to hit the cat that attacked it. I have been the recipient of fleas six times from my job in the last year. Two of those times are because I can't not stroke cats - the rest were from carpet. I once got stopped by the Police for kneeling down next to a house (and looking suspicious) when all I was doing was trying to get a cat to come to me.

Seriously. I like cats.
