I just saw that my main character was moved to the middle of the slots... did you change it so it stays there or do the characters shuffle?

In the Redeem Items of the new character selection the location of the Item is not displayed anymore (if a plex was returned to redeem items)

The change position. Last used is first/let. Second last middle.

Please display the location of the item - if they are locked to it.
Like a Plex which have been reverse redeemed.

Just adding my voice to the "Characters should be in a fixed location" argument. This would make it much easier to login quickly with muscle memory instead of them constantly changing.

Agree. For sorting I would suggest the birth date.
So left side the oldest, right side the youngest character.

tbh, the sorting doesn't matter to me, what matters is that they don't move!

My character portrait is not showing up on the new login screen. Could it be something to do with the direct x 11 feature? I have no clue is this is a bug or just on my end.

How about a better representation of shipsize? I made a litte mockup to show one way to improve it. Sorry for bad paint skills Smile EDIT: Here is another one.

Since I just saw this on the live stream: I think it would be better to put the remaining time of your subscription and other similar important information more to the center of the screen. I think to the left of the character boxes would be best, in it's own smaller box with a dark background to make it clearly visible on any background.

Squished up there in the upper most corner it's a little bit hidden and contradicts your idea to make this kind of information better accessible and visible.
