How does one go about requesting help from CCP Shiny in regards to wormholes on Sisi?

I saw in old posts that she used to answer EVE mails, but in her bio it says to make a post here.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

CCP Shiny has not done that in a while. People that normally test things in whs keep a character in a wh full time so after the mirror they can scan out and use that entrance into the network. Very few High to WH space WH's show up on Sisi.
