why dont we get an eve dev to weigh in on this. most of the time i feel like they just ignore this entire are of the forums and only have it here so that we could feel better about our selves.

If you usually fit ships for 400 people they shoul show some appreciation for your work and show some support here.
Problem is most of the people don't care and since it's a problem only for few ppl CCP will probably decide to put their time on something else, like finding new things to nerf.
Anyway I like the idea, I sometimes like to fit many ships for myself with the same fitting and this would help that.

Agreed, +1 for mass fitting, long overdue insanely obvious thing to do that should have been done a long time ago.

Good people are trying to do good things for lots of other people and lack of mass fitting makes it extremely painful for them to do so. For example, rallying militia into action with free or at cost ship distribution.

Please support mass fitting!

Such a feature is a no brainer.

Any Alliance or Corp that uses a fleet doctrine must endure this pain. Some unfortunate soul must do all the grunt work to enable the fleet doctrine to work. Given the changes to the Fleet UI due out in Rubicon to ease the organziation of large fleets, this one should be next up. It is closely related to the common sense changes being made to the Fleet UI.

Eve/CCP has encouraged the creation of large player entities in null and lowsec. They generate the player content that garners Eve free PR in the press. Making the prep work for the player entities involved in these battles easier is only fair and may create more large battles because it is easier for players to prepare and execute.

Instead of buying ships from alliance, let us do "bulk buys" so we can purchase all items at once.

as doing bulk buys would also be absolutely amazing, it still doesnt fix the issue that ive brought up. we do the fittings for our people so that they are on hand and ready to be used immediately. i pre fit them and sell them at cost to my fleet members so that they have them then and there. the secondary reason for doing it this way is so that people cant buy everything off the market and resell them for a huge mark up. this is to secure the wallets of the members.
