Just wondering if the Marauder class will significantly rise in price due to the new expansion?

Admittedly not a big market guy, but I figured we would have already seen a decent uptick in prices considering the changes have been public knowledge for some time now. Granted they could rise some, but we all knew they were getting a significant buff.

There might be a short term price increase as volumes temporarily spike, but in the long run increased trade volume of marauders will just thin the margins as more producers enter the game.

I'm getting into this market short term but do not expect sustained profits.

As a former mission runner I can confirm that marauder hulls will not see a big jump in desirability come new expansion.
Most people able to fly them and willing to still do missions already have them in their hangars.

However what will pick up fast will be the new bastion module since almost ALL marauder pilots will want to try it on their existing ship.

There's no reason prices would go up unless the build materials change or if marauders somehow became popular enough to affect the cost of those materials in general (they won't)

Pretty much this, I already have 4 of them sitting in various hangars all over fitted and ready to go. Sure I will change the fitting up, but honestly really I am in no rush to do so. But honestly these are still a very rare ship to even bring out.

Your also not going to see a lot of people even getting into them and flying them right away. They still require battleship 5, which is a month long train. You should have all Tech 2 weapons and fitting. That a few more months if your just getting started. If I remember correctly it is a 20 day train for battleship tech 2 weapons. So your not going to see a quick fast surge in buying of marauders. Most people that can fly them already are in Cap ships as that's the next step up.

I am sure there will be a lot of initial sale, but enough to justify an investment in them. Doubtful. Even the bastion module sure if you have a need for this. Ok. Its kind of like the microjump drive though. It took a while for people to really find a lot of uses for them. They weren't super hot sellers out of the gate.
