Does anyone know if it is possible to automatically assign a title to a player when they join a corp

I was just wondering if there was an easier way other than ticking the box every time someone new joins?

As far as I know it's a manual process only.

There is one automatic way of doing it..... Make it your directors responsibility to run recuitment xD
