I think they manually do it. This game is littered with janitors and such. The universe still uses humans for menial tasks and such. Maybe they used drones once but they went rogue and not tear things up.

"Teleportation" is the telltail sign of the Enheduanni (1). Therefore no other race, even the Jove are able to do it.

In Eve cargo handing is a combination of tractor beams, machinery and old fashioned hand-balling.

That's why you have crew on board. Each time you empty a jetcan, 100s of the buggers suit up, go outside into space with little jetpacks and push the module crates in. Sometimes you warp off without some of them.

I have no Idea, but go down to sub leve3 and ask the guy at termial T-R4, he is the one responsible for transports of goods. At least on my vessel.
