Hmm, well, I split it up between distribution agents (when I was at work), and security agents (at home), and I found that about 20% of my mission offers were in lowsec. Maybe it was just bad luck.

Not a forum alt.

Lore-wise, not in the case of the Sisters. They're the most faction-agnostic entity in New Eden, and are used to playing middle man to otherwise mortal enemies. Also, check out the "Focused on sustainability and long deployments" section. Rise gave the verisimilitude of these ships quite a bit of thought.

Well, perhaps the Lore should be reflected In Game, I'm seriously pissed off that SoE storylines (A supposedly neutral faction!) are ruining my caldari rep and at this point I'm not even bothering with them anymore. The agents shouldn't be giving out missions that directly attack an empire either but sit at osmon for a few missions and you're off to kill amarr.

After testing this ship out on sisi it has no more sustainability than any other drone wielding ship. Lasers on it though are a joke, seriously need to revert the optimal bonus back to a cap usage reduction, it's simply more efficient/effective to equip hybrid or projectile and save your cap for something important, like staying alive.

Whatever...

Ishtar and a trial scout alt is certainly a lot more cost effective.

Caldari Space is just so low on lowsec space, that a lot of mission runners simply have no idea how it is nearly everywhere else.

They did not have to put in an entire new region so Caldari could even participate in Faction Warfare for nothing.

Isn't there supposed to be some kind of downside to the Stratios?

CCP mostly sucks at their job, but Veritas is a pretty cool dude.

This doesn’t come without a cost though. Only the Sanctuary Corporation, who are credited with actually creating the Stratios and Astero, will offer them at the normal pirate faction prices. If you get them from the Sisters of EVE Corporation in high security space get ready for a mark-up of up to 50%.

...

Right, "The sanctuary" corporation has only one station in Goons controlled region...
I suggest just give the isk value of the markup to Goons alliance wallet and make the price equal everywhere. Twisted

Could you please, at least, transfer couple of stations in 0.0 from other pirate corps to the sanctuary corp to make it
less exclusive.
For example in stain Roll

Good idea how about a sanctuary station in Great Wildlands as it has been under-stationed and overlooked for years. The extra traffic would liven up the place.

No, they're not. If you grind up SOE standings, your Caldari and Amarr standings will tank. That's not neutral. They may be the closest to neutral, but they are still far from neutral.

Explain how a faction who dislikes the Amarr (evidenced by the missions they send you on to pop Amarr ships), and who is disliked by the Amarr (evidenced by the faction standing effects) would build a ship in collusion with the Amarr? It's completely bogus. The excuses of sustainability and long deployments is weak since it sucks with lasers and drones get chewed up and spit out by the NPCs.

You mean like only having four drones to the Gila's 5?

Don't worry, they'll nerf it further later on. Perhaps something to do with re-cloaking delay.

This really isn't true. I started grinding SOE lvl 4 missions 3 weeks ago and have accumulated 510,000 LP in that time and haven't hurt my Caldari/Amarr standings at all. I usually get an Amarr mission about every 5 or 6 missions offered and just decline it. If I get where I might have to decline a 2nd in 4 hours I just go to another agent until I can return later or the next day.

Why do Goons get given a 50% discount for these ships? Really? Join GOOONSWARM or pay a 50% tariff to get to enjoy the new ships? No. Just no. 10% at most unless you fix agent distribution first.

As one of my friends put it "you can't access mordu's legion and ORE agents without going through goon space at one point, let alone SOE with this new stuff."

Seriously CCP, if you want to introduce new toys for everyone to play with, introduce them for *everyone*. Not just Goons.

Add in some mission agents for Sisters that don't have the 50% penalty in other under-used areas of nullsec. Go on, prove this game is actually about more than real money trading by using unfitted haulers to drop things in pre-planned pvp, from the super rich coalition that has nothing in-game to play for any more.

New content is great. But new content handed only to the richest of the rich is just insulting to the majority of the playerbase.

Oh and while you are at it give 5 run BPC to all the Collectors Edition Boxed set. The Gnosis was fun, but actually useless in null pvp. This one will be relevant, so give collectors edition something worth actually having paid all that RL ISK for Idea

Lasers are not a technology which is exclusive to Amarr, just heavily preferred.

Just like missiles, lasers can be developed and built by every faction in the game, same with the other weapon types. The reason it requires Amarr skills also lies in what the ship actually does and how similar it flies to other races' ships - Again, just because a ship requires an 'Amarr' skill doesn't mean it's built BY the Amarr, or even in cooperation. After all, Guristas ships all require Caldari skills, but Guristas and Caldari are mortal enemies...

If you really want to go that far you should introduce all new skills for pirate ships, like 'SOE frigate' or 'Angel battleship'.

If you do things right, people won't be sure you've done anything at all...

Consideering the clear distain CCP holds for the highsec player base and their 4 factions ... that suggestion makes an aweful lot of sense.

I like the Standart Command, Armour, Node Drive Fission look on that cruiser ... allthough personally I'd used Shield/War/Sub-Space Pathing Antimatter (in SotS I ...).

Oh and yay for drones AND lasers. Can't wait to get one =)

I had the same thought when I first saw the concept art.

Unfortunately CCP Rise thinks we need DF racks as well since he's morphing our rapid light launchers into 'em.

The cloak reactivation time is a major drawback. I was planning on using these (edit: to travel to / though) null, but unless you are very patient it won't work. I will only use these new ships in High/Low.
