You'll be sneaking up on your enemies ideally so there's really little point in a dual prop other than the MWD helping in travelling. The whole point of dual prop is you use the MWD to catch enemies that would rather run away from you, then once in scram range the AB helps you to control range.

If you're going to be cloaky hunting with the Astero you'd be better off with AB + dual webs since ideally you should decloak at point blank and start the fight at that range. AB + Dual Web + Scram will allow you full range control on most ships so you can bug out should things go wrong.

I would highly suggest at least a lg snake set if you plan on using this ship in non bubble areas.

Its stupidly agile and can keep an incredibly high orbit speed so every extra ms you can squeeze out is golden.

As to the fits jump on sisi and have at it because its very very adaptable going from cloaky prober to cloaky inty to cloaky assault frig just by having a few extra mods in your cargohold and a handy station to do a quick swap.

Not really seeing how this is going to make it to tq in its current state but hey no complaints if it does.

This is pretty effective vs most frigs but you will die quick to pretty much anything else and you really don't want to be dying in a faction frig that's going to cost more than some faction cruisers especially with the faction fits so use that cloak to its fullest.
