covert cyno's in highsec

If you ask me - it needs to be done.

as far as I know capital class ships cant use the covert cyno anyways, only covert ships. would be nice to light a covert cyno and blops my crane alt into jita, or wardec some one and blops some bombers on them. or even cloaky t-3's.

A reason why not, in one word, balance.

If CCP were to do this they would have to give the target some sort of way of a) avoiding or b) fighting back.

No, you are just asking for special rights to play EVE as you want to and seem to forget that not everyone is paying their subscription just to be a target for you to shoot at.

If you really want to shoot at things that can't fight back, may I suggest that you try ratting in a 0.8 hisec system or higher.

and on the topic of blopsin stuff, they need to buff the widow. and make it do something more usful besides an exspensive blackbird

would be happy if it gets changed to a covert remote shield repping thing.

I would agree with this if it were 0.7 and below. That way it doesn't interfere with new players.Pirate

You do realize you cant launch bombs in high-sec? So bomber attack in high-sec is pretty useless, torpedoes do next to nothing damage to small ships..

You do realise that you not only jump a blob of torpedo bombers but also support ships like Rapiers? Then torpedos do a lot damage.

You do realise Blackops Battleships can jum to a covert cyno too right?

first, duh. Blops can in fact jump to covert cynos. and 2 , most efective "bombing" runs work better with sensor damps and torps.

....only possible with a new cyno structure that is deployable in 2 minutes and 300m^3 in size must also have similar reinforcement mechanic as depot.
