Do you need a boosty ALT who can handle Shield and Armor Fleets? Can't decide between Skirmish and Information Warfare.


This pilot has Lvl 5 skills for all boosts + Fleet Commander 5.
He can fly ALL command ships at V, Covert ops frigates at V
He can also use a Loki and a Tengu for boosts, but needs some work on the T3 subsystems.
He has Logi V and Recon IV so you can also use him as a logistics/covert recon alt if necessary.
Boost an entire fleet!
