A business proposal, for CONCORD and the Empires

To whom it may concern:

As an agent of a large nullsec capsuleer group's industrial division, I would like to offer our services to provide titans to CONCORD and/or the major empires. The events of this day clearly showed that these groups lack any reasonable force projection capacity; a cyno and titan bridge would have allowed them to wipe the illegal research programs out easily, while they squandered thousands of lives and billions of isk attempting to take gates. Obviously, these supercapitals carry a heavy price, but I trust we may come to a mutually beneficial arrangement.

If necessary, we can also provide training for titan pilots, since the empires are probably incapable of this, too.

I remain officially unaffiliated with my employers' corporation to protect their identity and trade secrets; upon presentation of certified credentials I will put you in direct contact with the relevant people.

CONCORD, rise up from your misery and avoid future embarrassments! We capsuleers (some of us, at least) are willing to share our technology with you--it depends only on your own willingness to take advantage of it.

As more and more of the Empires devote resources to capsuleer technology --ground forces not withstanding-- and pirate factions harvest the discarded clone corpses that float in the debris of our wars, I would not be surprised to see CONCORD's hold on "peace" in the Empire regions fade away into memory. I'd reconsider who you plan to give your aid to.

I am merely a business man who sees profit to be made, and am not taking sides in the conflict; if the so-called "pirate" factions would like to purchase titans I would be equally happy to do business with them. So far they do not seem to have much need for or interest in the force-projection (or other) capabilities of Titans, apart from the Sansha who already have their own vastly superior technology. I would expect CONCORD, on the other hand, to be an interested customer after their recent embarrassment.

Some would call me a war profiteer, but that's such an ugly label.

Are you implying that capsuleers contract out to CONCORD? Like a paramilitary mercenary firm?

I'd never just hand out ships or weapons to them, but my services and many others' could come at the right price...

Isn't that the 34th Caldari Rule of Business or something?
