Hey so I followed all the steps in the linux install thread, but my computer lost power during installation. Since then I have been expierience an error with the installation cient itself, basically it boots up, accept eula and choose directory, then it runs for 5 seconds and goes to an error page that is mostly unreadable(due to some sort of visual error). I have since downloaded the offline installer packages and still had no luck. Any suggestions/help?

Remove the directory and reinstall.

This should do it:
rm -rf ~/.wine/drive_c/*/CCP/

Or, if you're paranoid:
cd ~/.wine/drive_c/
cd Program\ Files\ \(x86\)/
ls -ld CCP

If it's there:
rm -rf CCP

Try running the repair tool.
wine "C:\Program Files\CCP\EVE\repair.exe"
