I'm incredibly new to this game, so excuse anything I ask that should be common sense.

1. What does the CSM actually do?
2. What would you like to see happen to newer players? I.E. Easier or harder beginning for new players

Right now, I'm just getting my feet wet and mining/missioning is really my only course of gameplay at the moment, and most players seem heavily against that. What is your stance on mining/missioning?

Without a doubt, Erotica 1 will receive my vote come election time.

Whatever some may feel towards players who promote and create emergent gameplay, such players are the foundation of this game, and I would much rather see such a player on the CSM than one who seeks to undermine and constrain emergent gameplay.

For years I have seen people write long walls of text and proclaim how if they get elected they are going to x,y and z and the fact is unless CCP want to do something, it doesn't matter what the CSM do or say.

With Erotica 1 at the very least you know you are going to be entertained Big smile

I am half inclined to write Vote Erotica 1 on my big hairy arse but I do not want to traumatise my fellow Eve pilots Big smile

I don't know that anyone heard you speak last night. I do believe you posted your question in the Camp David chat, instead of asking it through the TS server. AvRa was there, he and his girlfriend were the ones that spent a good two hours reading tear filled mails for Erotica 1's enjoyment, and I remember there being one or two people that actually used TS to ask questions along the lines of "How will you make EVE better?" but I do not recall if either of them were you. Anyway, for full disclosure and the integrity of EVE Online I would argue that Erotica 1 should provide a full API of all of his accounts. You just have to show complete faith in the citizens of New Eden and you'll be elected to the CSM.

Nope, can't see myself supporting someone who is a scammer. While scamming is a legitimate game mechanic, the practice by a person who wants to be on the CSM does not inspire trust or confidence on their part. I also do not see how a person who trashes the company they will potentially be liasing with on players' behalf can effectively be a good CSM. While I admit some of CCPs recent decisions were wrong, displaying all that dirty laundry on the forums does not inspire me with confidence in Erotica's ability to work with CCP; much less conform to a Non-Disclosure Agreement with said company.

But seriously, a vote for Erotica 1 is a vote for the sandbox, a vote NOT to have what made EVE the brutal game it was stripped away in order to coddle to the weak. If you get scammed, shame on you for trusting people in a video and not considering what you put up to stake. This isn't about attention, it's about stopping the hemorrhaging of features that have made the game cut-throat.
