This isnt true, since 100% of all Goons now are pubbies. All the real goons quit or are in PL.

I trace it back at least as far as "Who Framed Roger Rabbit" (1988) where the denizens were called "toons".

However you can still be a pubbie, in Pubbie corp, with in GS. It just means you are not as terrible as everyone else.

For an example, DBRB in fact is a pubbie, however his dog is not.
