Reactivation - Missing All Characters

I missed re-subbing my account by a few hours on the weekend, now when I try to log onto SiSi I get the following message which is making me a sad panda.

Account EVE-SSO-CONNECTION has been disabled
Last Login: 2013.11.10 09:10
Number of Visits: 7417
reason: Account subscription expired!

Can someone wave their magic wand over my account to give me access to the test server again?
