The build is stated as PvE Passive build, yet does not even have any form of shield regen at all which means it's not exactly passive. Also passive = modules not active draining of the capacitor. The build stated as a good PvE build for Drake is rubbish, you can easily do level 4 missions with a correct true passive Drake, on culo's build you wouldn't even get away with soloing level 3 missions let alone anything else. Also the damage control is wrong in PvE situation because you will never ever even get the shield down to be armor tanking.

Shield cap drainers are not passive lol, two completely different skill paths between true passive and shield boosters. If your planning on using a damage control that would suggest you are prepared to tank past the shield which would happen with that build as there is no regen on the ship at all. Armor down on a drake = massive repair bill which is why people who use Drakes go for proper passive route.

So the last couple of days have been weird.

Let's start from somewhere.
So there was 2 rattlesnakes together, one got popped, and podded, while the other was stabbed... but that didn't help him the second time around we also nicked his pod.
A Mackinaw was autopiloting or trying to do a very bad bait. He started moving as the loki landed.
I also strongly believe we found a goon scanner alt, his pod didn't leave.
We lost a Cerb.
It seems Cailus have returned! (12)


Once again we're at war with Whore and Peace.
It started great, and it just kept on doing stupid (for mercs anyway). (1234)
Day 2 went fairly quick, but we scooped an oracle. (i have no idea about the story behind that kill... yet)
Day 3 showed up with a couple more oracles (12) and pods (12).

You know, Whore and Peace isn't a threat to anyone but miners - therefore bragging about kills on them is like saying you managed to kill an inactive POS tower. Then again, you guys aren't much of a threat either. Last time we were up against Everyone vs. Everyone you hired Break-A-Wish to help you out.

If you mean at the time where 90% of the alliance could only use T1 cruisers properly, then yes.
I'm a rich guy, ofc i'll hire some of our friends to help out or get in a batphone if someone decs us whom are 'mercing'
As far as that goes i don't hope it was a contract, because we only ever saw you guys moving around in algogile.

However you guys seem to be very proud of what you do, so instead of doing professional forum smacking, you might want to make up for that war anyway where you didn't win.

As for Whore and Peace, yes they're not the best, and i love how the part you picked out is that it's only that, however when we're at war with 'merc' entities it felt like a good bump to put up.
On top of that you'll also see that in the same message i posted several other kills.
