Ability to open the bookmark menu while in the solar system / scanning overlay

Have you ever tried to warp to a bookmark or a planet while also having the scanner / solar system overlay on?

Its super annoying and usually forces me open my people / places menu up.

Also, side note..... scanning shortcut! where is it! Make it happen CCP!
