I think our corporation might be what you looking for. We are low sec based pvp oriented corp. We do all kinds of lowsec stuff be it small gangs, blops, gatecamps or solo. But pvp isnt all we do we do pve fleets time to time to earn some isk. We do not have any mandatory CTAs or stuff you time is your own and real life comes first.
We are laid back group of players usualy around 30s and most of us are flying in EU timezone so that should suit you. We also have voice comms and killboard but thats pretty usual nowdays.

We generally play 18:00 to 24:00 eve time Monday-Thursday and weekends free for all.

In short, we are a starting C5 WH corp with an active EU and US timezone, and looking to add new players (with a mature attitude) to the group. PvP experience is a must, but you do not need WH experience: we can teach you the WH mechanics.
