Hi guys,

I seem to have found a problem setting up my PI in blue space ie I am in INIT Mercs and we live in INIT space yet i am unable to setup my PI on the planets, is there a bug out there or is there a hold back on the blue usage as in the Allow standings usage box need checking, can someone shed light on this subject plz.

Mr anton,
The reason you cant use the poco is simple we do have permission to use init poco's. The reason we cant use em is unknown at this time, but one can guess it is init policy atm.

You don't need any standings to deploy a Command Centre on any planet, just be undocked and have the CC in your ships hold then view planet.

What's the error message you receive?

Its time to stand up against the bad empire based CEO telling falsehoods about what new characters can accomplish and pushing them towards an in game experience of drudgery and loneliness keeping them in the shadow of ignorance for at nest their own profit at worse apathy towards all the experiences that Eve has to offer.

That guy is scrubtier compared to me. Give me full wallet, POS and asset access and I'll have your PI spewing money in days.

Sov covers all problems in systems, the message i get is 'You cannot build a command PIN as you are not part of the alliance that hold sov in this system'

wow no way, rules change fast in Eve. When did that happen, or has it always been so?

Its time to stand up against the bad empire based CEO telling falsehoods about what new characters can accomplish and pushing them towards an in game experience of drudgery and loneliness keeping them in the shadow of ignorance for at nest their own profit at worse apathy towards all the experiences that Eve has to offer.

As far as i am aware, and being the owner of some POCO's somewhere in the EVE universe i know i aint being stupid when i say this, There is a check box on all POCO's in fact there are 2 check boxes on them, 1 is for Alllow alliance usage - to allow members of the alliance to use them or leave it unchecked to have only ur corp use them. And the other is Allow Standings usage - to allow members of other alliance who are either blue neutral or enemies access to them, there is also the option of setting tax %'s on each standings access, ie you can set -10 to pay 100% and +10 to pay 5% say.

That is the only reason i can possibly think of that stops blues from accessing planets in other systems that you do not hold sov on.
