This toon was created specificly to be a Hel sitter. It has nearly 60 days left to go. All the non-ship skills are done, and I need to remap for the ships skills now. She can cloak and cyno also.

Would you be interested in waiting 60 days ?

ok, not a carrier at all at the moment but 1.5m+sp to allocate would get you a long way to a holder, probably not the best use of her but if you're stuck.

Jump skills pre reqs all done and adv. starship comm. to 5 already too, probably no good to you but she's very cheap for her skills and the unallocated sp i think
