Buying accounts is against the rules and will get the account banned if I am not mistaken. I will assume you meant buying characters though.

Have u tried using the expensive learning implants. They might be what you are looking for.
I believe Stoner Smurf and D400 have good deals on implants.

Paying for skillpoints might have mattered a few years ago. Nowadays the vets hve so many that the disparity between a new toon is so large that even if they could buy skillpoint the new player would never catch up.

I do think eve loses a lot of players once they hit the 2 month range. The newness starts to wear off and it dawns on you that even after a year more of training you'll still only be half as effective as someone with more skillpoints.

I have an 18 mil sp char and I've wanted to reroll because I dislike my name. I'd have paid hundreds of dollars to fast train a new character instead of buying one. And it would have little to no effect on anyone else. Even if a bought a year of training, I'm still way behind the majority.

It doesn't matter if somebody is one month or one year old.
The full amount of SP does not reflect ones actual abilities.

First off, this thread is in the wrong forums. Secondly, paying for accelerated SP and buying a character with tons of SP is NOT the same. The time taken to apply those massive amounts of SP has been invested, all be it not by you but by someone. Just as a PLEX isnt free game time, it was paid for by someone.

What you are asking for is to eliminate the time to train thus reducing the point of having specialized training plans. You shouldn't be able to train every skill to level 5 in 3 years. This is a game of consequences, long term planning, and actions. If you wish short term instant gratification...play a FPS game.

Ironically there are +6 and +7 implants in the database...I believe they were given as an award for Alliance tourney one year.

They could just add Cerebral accelerator implants for PLEX and remove 7 and 14 day limitation. (the ones with +9 and +17 attributes)
