A high-sec PvE event in null? Seriously?

In real life, there's a reason why most modern militaries focus heavily on training before throwing warm bodies civilians at a problem.

Pon Farr Memorial: once every 7 years, all the carebears in high-sec must PvP or they will be temp-banned.

What makes you think this was a PVE event?

The NPCs specifically created and spawned for the event?

This seemed to be a perfect snapshot of EVE online. From infiltration and espionage to clueless scrubs getting decimated by so-called null bears.

I guess CCP needs to do a little more hand-holding next time and not presume that highsec guys can organize themselves Cool

Can you really call joining a fleet that's open to everybody "infiltration"? And did anybody really even do that, or did someone just believe an answer they got from a person other than the FC?

It won't matter how much hand-holding that CCP does next time. Lemmings will always be a PvE game.
