There are really two groups of fits- one for EM/therm enemies, and one for kin/therm enemies. Angels... angels are special, just assume a hardener swap or whatever.

"Best" can be somewhat defined by having the highest possible applied DPS, while having the minimum tank to complete the mission. So, what are your best fits?

That would be my omnitank HAM Tengu.
Expensive easymode for any missions.

I also like very much my Navy Geddon with T2 beams and sentrys. No tank but lotta gank and range.
MJD to position, deploy drones, start shooting.

But I mostly use Tengu...

Omnitank Vargur. Just never swap and do every mission. 3 slots, GG. 2 slots after the Rubicon.

Still in love with my MWD, Arty Mach, 1 invul, 1 boost amp, 1 XL booster 1500 tank 1000dps. But will give my Vargur another try after Rubicon

Things that keep me up at night;  Why do we use a voice communication device to send telegraphs? Moore's Law should state, Once you have paid off the last PC upgrade you will need another.

This, MWD Mach > All (if you're at the computer paying attention that is). I have a similar fit, just MWD right up to 20-30km, drop sentries and pump out up to 1.2k dps.

So arty machs are good for taking out rats with their 15 sec or so firing rate?

If you do it right, I ungroup gun and lock up all frigs, 1 gun is usually more than enough to kill a frig. once they are dead regroup into two groups and kill whatever is left cruisers/BS's. With volleys exceeding all cruisers EHP and many BS's EHP it makes simple stress free work of most missions. Buzz Kill is particularly fun, especially since the frigs spawn in groups of 5 to 7 so one cycle kills them all or two cycles if you jump the gun and shoot before they hit their MWD. But note15 sec is slow and useless if you are trying to do it with low end skills, I currently get 2200 volley per gun/cycle.
