To celebrate the first birthday of my twins today, I'm going to give away two PLEXes.

They literally stole that game time (and lifetime) from me, so why don't give it away, right? Big smile

So on Sunday I'm going to roll two Chribbas dices and give away one PLEX each to the lucky poster with the associated thread id (exception: myself).

For anyone else who's expecting to be a Father: Get in Shape! You'll need to strengthen your back, your arms, and your patience. Practice pacing while holding a ten to twenty pound bowling ball at 3am for 45 minutes while resisting the urge to defenestrate.

Luckily my profession is in the field of health and wellness.

The other day when I was playing around and trying to give the baby high 5's all around my fiancés belly she joked that the agility training was already starting Big smile

Also to be honest, everyone should take your advice to get in shape. It is amazing what the body can do if you get it in shape. It is even possible for some people to actually end up not losing any time in the day from working out, as some people can end up sleeping better in less time. Our body is a machine and many of them would benefit from a tune up.

I do not doubt this for one minute and we must also remember that the young ones will be going through all of these as well, on an even more severe level, as they have not the life experience we have.
