Null Ratting Raven Help (Rig and Fit Questions)

OK I am refitting my Raven for Ratting and running sites in Null Sec (Ammar Space if that matters) and I wish to be of better use to my corp. mates (like a good boy I am currently training up to Curser 5 so I can train Logistics and fly Basilisks) Now for my question what rigs should I be sporting. In the past I have simply fit the standard x3 CCC rings to keep my cap replenish nice and high to work a good shield boost however are there any better rigs I could be using to get better performance out of my boat? Would a capacitor booster be a good investment? I have been casting covetous eyes upon Large Warhead Rigor Catalysts I's and Large Warhead Calefaction Catalyst I but I have heard they have diminishing returns with Ballistic Control units so I am not sure about those. My Shield, Capacitor, and CPU Skills are high my Missile Skills are good and my Drone Skills are OK. So rig suggestions for PVE Ratting in Null?
CCC rigs?
Rigor Catalyst?
Calefaction Catalyst?
Additionally how is my general fit
High Slots
X6 Arbalest Cruse Launchers (will work to fit T2's after I get to Logi 4)
X1 Drone Link Augmenter
Mid Slots
Ionic Field Accelerator (working to fit T2)
X-Large Shield Booster II
[Target Painter] phased weapon navigation array generation extron
*Are Target Painters worth using for PVE VS Cruisers and UP?*
X2 Large Shield Extender II
X2 Adaptive Invulnerability Fields (or appropriate ward)
Low Slots
Damage Control II
X2 Ballistic Control II
X2Power Diagnostic System II

Thanks for any and all advice
Final question can I Rat effectively using a Cerberus or is that a bad idea?
Thanks mates! Fly Safe and Rage Hard

HI,

first list your skill here:
Missiles:
Engineering:
Shields:
Caldari BS:

I have put my Raven to the garage few days ago, as I have switched to Tengu. I had most skills on V, so it can occur that you would not be able to fit stable fit, so in such case just fit third CCC rig:

High:
6 x T2 Cruise Launcher
Drone Link Augmentor

Mid:
X-Large Shield Booster II
Resistance specific Hardener II
Resistance specific Res Amplifier II
Target Painter
3 x Cap Recharger II

Low:
3 x Ballistic Control System II
2 x Capacitor Flux Coil

Rig:
2 x Capacitor Control Circuit
1 x Large Calefaction

I have been using Caldari Navy Scourge Cruise missiles.
90 km targetting range, 7 targets max, 180 missile range. Fit stable at about 25% capacitor.
With those I have reached about 650 DPS. Fit is enough to tank Forsaken Hub anomaly

Cap stable with AB off. Tanks 447 vs. Guristas, 290 vs. Blood with correct hardeners of course, but then you can switch off booster, AB on, you'll still be cap stable (albeit with less cap), keep range and they won't hit you anyways.
Painter only on frigs and cruisers and let your drone do the work (for elite cruisers you will have to assist them).
Switch tractor for a drone aug if you so please, but be wary of drone aggro. Elite frigs make very short work of a medium drone if they focus one, and it happens regularly on some anoms.
And get rid of those silly cap rechargers and flux coils.

I like permaboosting, so this fits more my style. If you're more inclined to pulse tanking then you might prefer a T2 XLSB and pimping the AB instead, so at least you can permarun it and speed tank some of the damage, which admittedly still works great.

Need more well-formatted linking.

Calefactions = do not use; they are penalized and a single rig does less than a damage mod
Rigors/flares = use them; they modify attributes that no module can modify, thus are not penalized

Honestly I don't know if a cap booster is preferable to native recharge. I would probably go with a cruise missile sniper fit with either no prop mod or MJD (warp to beacon at 100), and a t2 signal amplifier in one of the lowslots. It really depends on how far the rats can project DPS, but generally with a sniper fit you need a decent amount of tank but it doesn't need to be too sustained if you learn which battleships are long range (rather rely on reistances, relatively big shield buffer, and large capacitor). Fit as big a shield booster as can fit once everything else is fitted, use the typical means to save cpu if thats an issue. Definitely fit a target painter.

And in my own personal opinion, putting a 550 million isk booster on a t1 fit ratting battleship is a travesty. Save yourself 450 million and use a pithum c-type. Same boost amount, and the slightly increased cap use should be unnoticeable on a battleship.

Like the poster above said, a 500m SB on a plain t1 raven is not something I'd do. I'd go with a mjd fit - don't need a full tank, so a t2 fit will do. If you want to invest those 500m into the ship, you'd buy 2-3 CN BCUs and still have some leftovers.
