bot miner fleet

Mrd dmo is running a bot fleet to mine, 7 miners, 1 orca and 1 freighter. The skiffs drop cans which the freighter picks up. I got tired of this so bought a miasmos and filled it up almost twice before he noticed. I wasn't being sneaky i flew right into the middle of his lil wad of ships bumping my way thru then picked up all i could carry went and dumped it and came back for more.

Now although he had drones on almost every miner he never attacked, he did place a small bounty on me.

He did however turn up the speed of his bot so that the cans only remain in space for a micro-second. Even setting my inventory window right next to my overview i was unable to select and open a container before it was gone. If anyone wants to take a crack at him he can be found in the Ardallabier system almost every ice spawn.

Hopefully a GM will read this and put a stop to his botting ways.

Are you sure he's running a bot fleet? He may be getting the cans before you b/c he has a faster/better internet connection.

If you want a GM to investigate him, file a bot report in-game. They put that button there for a reason.

How do you file a bot-report in game? All I have found is report as isk spammer and I'm not even sure what that is.

I LOL'd.

Yes, nine pilots sat there getting bumped and ripped off and stood around with their thumbs up their ass; hoping that their fearless leader would learn to scoop faster.

Or, maybe they were all AFK and playing GTA V Online together. Team building sounds better then douche botting.

Nothing here proves or suggests botting. Most likely you have encountered a multiboxer. Likely using multboxing software such as ISBoxer.

Easy solution is to fit up a heavy bumper. Knock the freighter/orca out of range. Collect cans, tears, and profit. The stabber I believe is a good candidate, but you'd likely be better off asking one of the NO knights on minerbump for actual fits/facts.

You can try that, but why not just send all the intel you can gather to a friendly New Order Knight?

See Bio for isk doubling rules. If you didn't read bio, chances are you funded those who did.
