Business Plan:
A jita based manufacturing business looking to expand following a successful trial period.

The loan requested seems too small to warrant a security.

Things like this kind of baffles me..

I deal in slightly larger sums when trading and manufacturing. But still, if I was to spill my beans on MD I don't think it would revolutionize how people trade or that to many MD vets would raise an eye brow.

When dealing with sums like that it is very little that hasn't been done already because of the sheer number of people that have that amount of ISK.
When you are running, lets just call it "a slightly" bigger operation. You maybe would want to keep your cards a bit closer to the chest because you don't want to give up and coming traders insight in how to handle the larger sums. But still it is not magic we are practicing here so it is just a matter of a learning curve.

So when you come here and ask us to trust you with our ISK, I think a little trust in return is required...

Don't worry you aren't the first that comes in here with the same notion, I cant remember anyone actually getting a loan on those terms.

Unfortunately the nature of what I am doing doesn't lend itself well to being publicised. It is too much of a niche. I will simply have to raise the capital myself this time around if there is no genuine interest. I think perhaps public finance isn't the best option for this kind of venture :) lesson learned.

If anyone is genuinely interested, however, I could be persuaded to increase the interest rate to 15%
