I'm curious: what was the most recent "expensive" item you've purchased? I'm talking real life, not Eve. Also, you can use your own definition of "expensive".

What did you buy?

How long ago did you buy it?

How much did it cost?

I'll start off with my five string acoustic fiddle. I bought it about six months ago from a friend of mine. I spent $200.

My damn puter, I spent 1100$ on getting a new one as I recently discovered, to my chagrin, PTY with its high incidence of natural EMP like phenomena due to storms plus high humidity tends to FRY or shortcircuit due to moisture condensation and raw acts of god anything remotely electronic that HEATS UP.

As a sidenote I discovered people prone to seizures should avoid places like PTY as it tends to worsen their conditions, unfortunately, so far, I havent been able to find any HARD DATA on this stance.

Man I love this strange beautiful country ...

According to some steam calculator, i spent around 3.2k on games. But that does not include discounts i actively take advantage of :-)

I spent like 1.2k on my computer like five years ago, amd still runs like a champ when upgrading! Still have 2-3 more years of care until retiring it!

Next up, about 3k for the upcoming fanfest! Though it may be toug, but i am saving. Didnt buy skyrim, or bf3... Might not buy any new ones until after fanfest. Not even ME3. Thats how much I love you CCP and eve players!

What is PTY?

PTY is international code for PANAMA, so used to everyone when referring to panama as PTY I write that everywhere :P

Country Codes

Aviation License codes for short. This is a country that practically lives off exporting and importing stuff or letting stuff go through, the code is quite commonly used.
