so as many of you know by now the new ships coming in rubicon are going to "sold" the cheapest at the santuary stations so my question is, where exactly are those stations? sorry if this has been asked already

They are stations where risk-averse players will clutter whenever a threat enters local, only undocking in giant shiny ships to show them off to the waiting hostiles before docking up again.

So, what's the problem? Get yout cloaky nulli Tengu and set destination. Buy the BPCs and then link some funny pictures in local when you leave to mock the Pure Blind dwellers. Obviously for someone that never leaves hi sec that doesn't make any sense. I would try to elaborate why a cloaky nulli ship is better than a current interceptor, but your brain might asplode and i don't want to hurt you because people like you are very affectionate but also very sensitive too.

Why are you all arguing about the best ship to fetch these BPC's from null?
The SOE corp that sells the cheaper versions only has missions in that null sec system.
The SOE corps LP that everyone has farmed are not usable for the cheaper version.
I suspect several years worth of supply of these ships has already been farmed in SOE LP anyway.
