What this is about:

For those of you who want your kill rights used. Who does not want to set them to Zero isk so your agressor wont be rid of them. For those who can not collect on their own. For those who would like to cost the ones who cost you.

I will hunt down the person you have kill rights on. I will catch them in the best ship I can catch them in and kill it/them for you. The only catch is after I collect the killmail (show the KR activated), You will pay me 15% of the kill mail up to 150 mil. that means if I kill a 2 bil isk ship, my fee is still only 150mil. Granted, I will always accept a bonus.

Whats to stop me from just killing destros? My ISK. Im not here to collect kill mails. I am here for the ISK, nothing more.

do what you got to do. business is business, and like I said, im here for the isk. waste your 50 mil, we will play on our out of corp alts hunting targets anyway.

Why would I pay someone to kill someone I have a kill right on, when I can just make it publicly available for 20 million and make some money for myself?
