Reactivation - Missing All Characters

Hi Dear Dev's,

I just logged onto SiSi and I haz no characters :( . I'd assume this is because when I recently resubbed all Chars had to be restored and were restored by the 20th of October? Is there a rough ETA on when the TQ acc will sync with the SiSi acc, as it's a little past the 24-72 hour mark :).

Just looking to see if I need to wait next mirror or if there is hope of it syncing sometime soon.

Well that puts things into perspective!

I assume you didn't require a restore for your chars either, doesn't speak well for my chances.

1. Wait till next full mirror from TQ. This will probably happen somewhere around Jan-Mar 2014. Why? Last mirror is from 15. Oct and any characters created (or restored) after that won't be copied over from TQ.

2. Create new characters on Sisi. This happens anytime you choose.Blink

Thanks Sable, that's exactly the clarification I was looking for. I had just hopped with this whole automated script that runs every day or so that it'd copy across my chars.

That is incorrect. They mirrored TQ before testing of the patch that was deployed today. They also mirrored sometime between then and today because my account has been froze for 2 days from outdated credit card. SO when I try to log in sisi it says subscription is out. They clearly have mirrored twice since 15 Oct.

So even though I reactivated my account (having only been inactive for 2 days) I now have to wait months to test?

The status of your ACCOUNT is updated regularly (active/inactive as per subscription status).
The status of your CHARACTERS (Skills, Assets, ...) only gets updated when there's a TQ mirror applied to Sisi.


When your ACCOUNT was inactive for two days, your Sisi Access will be working 12-36 hours after the moment you reactivated it.

If this is the case, why hasnt the script turned me back on yet, i try logging in everyday, is it working properly?

i should clarify, my account is active now, and has been for going on 3 weeks :/ havnt been able to log onto sisi with this account the entire time

I realise this might be a long shot, but I've been having exactly the same problem, and have asked for reactivation multiple times in the last several weeks. Is it possible that you also reactivate my account?

I'm getting the exact same message for about a week now. I reactivated my account just the day after the mirror was taken, but Sisi says I'm offline. Is there any way I could be reactivated as well?

I'm going to give this a bump. There is a mass test coming up and I'd love to participate with a T3, but my account is still deactivated. Script is clearly not working in this case because my account is active for more than 20 days, and I'm still getting message below.

I entered Sisi normally the day before yesterday. Yesterday I missed my payday, today I reactivated account with hours for plex and then plex. I can freely log in the TQ but when I try logging in Sisi I got:

Account EVE-SSO-CONNECTION has been disabled
Last Login: 2013.11.09 18:15
Number of Visits: 2465
reason: Account subscription expired!

Subscribe Now and continue playing!

and if I try to press Connect several times I got:

Unable to validate the authentication token provided by the launcher. This can be caused by excessive system load. Please try again after one minute or contact EVE customer support.

At the same time in the thread for reactivating accounts on Sisi I see information about some kind of "the automated script" and the thread is indefinitly locked.

Can I have my account reactivated on the Sisi? and if it happens "automatically" how long should I wait till the info from TQ is replicated to the SIsi?
