Fast warp acceleration?

I've noticed on sisi that it seems that my ship reaches top warp speed faster, and exits quicker. Note: warp entry time is the same, but once you are in warp you reach top warp speed much faster.

I like this change, should speed up travel a fair bit (though may be less noticeable in ships with a lower top warp speed)
