If you need any pointers just ask. My profession is helping people become healthier. I am qualified to work with professional athletics, in strength/conditioning and Injury prevention/rehabilitation, throughout most of the industrialized world. That being said, I chose to work with the general population primarily seniors and severely disable.

just a problem of motivation and changing some bad habits lol. routine in daily life sets in...yaddah yaddah.

For me its a cross between #5 and #12....

But really I hate to be "that guy" but looks are only part of it....

Personality plays a huge factor as well and for me its more important then looks...granted there has to be some physical spark but you can have the hottest women on the planet but what good is that if she is bat s**t crazy. Or a total personally clash (opposite) from yours.
