It would definitely be capable of doing C2s, you'd just fit it with around 250dps cap stable active tank, Sentries, Afterburner, Damage Mods and Omnidirectionals with either lasers/blasters/autocannons in the highs. It would be pretty good but really no reason to use it over a regular Battlecruiser which will do the same thing for cheaper (the Myrm for example would actually probably perform better for a much lower price tag). However it does have the advantage of cloak/scanning bonus meaning it would be the best solo WH day tripper and you could even throw some salvagers and tractors in the high slots for a pretty sweet all-in-one fit.

C3s however it would struggle, it would be possible but definitely not worth it.

I feel it's real strengths are in being a cloaky PvP ship rather than a site runner and is what I would use mine for.

It does C3s better than most ships. Just AB fit it and fit multiple Large Capacitor Batteries to cut down on the neuting. You'll still get 550 DPS out of it and not many ships that can tank C3s put out that much. T3s will still be better but this ship costs a third of what they do and you don't lose skill points on death.

Oh I guarantee the first... 3 months these will cost 2x the amount T3's do.

Use a Battlecruiser instead. The actual use in these for combat sites is... well its not limited.. but why would you risk a 200 to 500 million isk ship, when a 50 million isk ship will do the same job....

It can cloak... well if your targetted by anything, it can't.

Use it as a hunter of other pve ships. I would not use this to go clear sites in a wormhole (cept maybe the hacking sites), but there are better options.

Yaay!!!!

You'd actually have to put a very heavy tank on it, C3s have webs so speed tanking isn't very viable and some waves put out almost 700dps so you'd need quite a large tank (watch RiotRicks solo C3 Zealot video, he has a 600+dps tank, 800mm plate and an afterburner and still ends up going into hull a little bit). That leaves you no room for damage/application mods which means you'll be doing rather low dps not to mention most of your dps comes from drones which can be really annoying with sleepers. A lowly C3 Drake is capable of 450 dps for a mere 60mil and has a massive tank that can easily hold in C3s.

Dual boxing these will BBQ c3's. As far as webbing negating the speed tanking know your sites and triggers and you'll be fine (solo).

The cost viability will be completely up to the market on the real server once it stabilizes. I haven't been on SiSI in a while but there was no SOE LP store blueprint last update.

You can definitely do them solo, but you'll still need a sizeable tank which means you don't get much room for damage mods so your dps will be similar to a Drake. Therefore you might as well use a Drake as you get basically the same performance for much cheaper or a Myrm which gets the same bandwith, extra lowslot and a tanking bonus too.

And if you're going to use an expensive cruiser hull to do C3s, you're better off with the Ishtar, prices will likely be similar (Stratios will probably be cheaper, but not by much). The scanning/cloak/exploration bonuses don't come into play when running sites and the Ishtar can field a similar tank, has identical slot layout, but more bandwith and better combat bonuses.
