WTS POCO in 0.2 system

Wanting to get rid of 1 POCO located at Baratar IV (Temperate), Khanid space. Price around ~60M.

It's situated in a pretty decent PI location, with several low sec systems yielding a high amount of PI materials. The locals are a bit obtuse, but a skilled diplomat may be able to gain their approval and hop onto their blue-list. It's not really a problem, the constellation is kind of backwater and generally quiet.

The trade would entail a bit of trust. I will require ISK transferred in advance. If you want to take over the whole corp, this is also an option as I will be disbanding after having getting rid of the POCO.
