Greetings to all of you high-sec industrialists who wish to take steps into a wider world.

My organization is prepared to rent access to low sec systems in the Khanid Kingdom. Capsuleer organizations who wish to exploit local resources and be unmolested by our guns contact me privately for pricing structure and specifics.

There is a great deal of wealth to be made, as low sec is abundant in resources! Come for the beautiful sights, stay for the money-making opportunities.

((ISD note: This thread is In-character and specifically for the IGS forum, I'm not posting this in general sell orders or another ooc thread on purpose. It's designed to engender IC interaction with the forum posters in this area, if I was just interested in the actual renting the thread would be started elsewhere. It's here for RP sandbox purposes ))

In addition, the CFC is now renting systems in null. You may contact me for systems and pricing. Unlike the pissant alliance offering to rent space they don't have, we have sovereignty over many null systems. Our rental space includes jump bridges, stocked markets, cyno jammers, rare ore, and plenty of moons for mining and reactions. Currently we offer space in Guristas and Blood Raider regions.
Wouldn't you rather kill Blood Raiders than pay one? And, in all honesty, our null systems are far safer than low sec Khanid.

I can't tell if this is a scam or not. I recall Lady Vitalia speaking with disdain about low-sec carebares and those who protected them, so my first inclination is to warn off any hapless capsuleer who might step foot into this bear trap.

At the same time, it's Silas, if anyone's going to change their mind because it suits them right now, she would.

I have a wonderful oceanside condo on Mishi IV to let, reasonable terms!

Send me 100m for info.

(( NOTE: I do not actually have a condo to rent, especially on Mishi IV. Everyone knows Mishi IV is a desert planet. I mean, come on, everyone knows that, right? Right? ))

How could this not be a scam ?

She's offering to rent something that isn't hers, with no services offered except for not shooting at people who don't even have to be there. No safety, no established market, no nothing. Well that "generous offer" is one that independent highsec industrialists are only too familiar with, seeing as there's plenty of highsec outfits big and small demanding corps pay up for the priviledge of existing and making their own money.

But at least those guys put the effort of tracking down "clients" and being in their faces enough that paying up seems like a good ideea, while she seems like the laziest space mobster ever.

I've got a jump bridge to sell anyone dumb enough willing to pay for it...

From the general banter of the thread so far, I'd have to say this is one of the more obvious protection rackets I've seen in recent times.

That being said, we all know this cluster rewards risk... sometimes.

I can provide a lie guarantee with no some degree of certainty that there is no an element within the jump bridge that couldn't be construed as orange.

I'm sure Jihadasquad would more than welcome capsuleer organizations that wish to operate in that region without paying the protection fee.

Perhaps the wrong group of naysayers to speak with?

This arrangement is working quite well with several groups already. They are allowed to harvest, mine, and operate as they please in certain systems and their assets are left alone, for a pre-arranged fee.

It's a simple business arrangement; the amount they deduct from 'rent' is deemed worth it for them based on the amount they are bringing in via access.

If we shoot the people who are paying us not to be shot it wouldn't work very well now would it?

Idiots.

And yes while technically CONCORD has not deemed to transfer 'sovereignty' to us I cordially invite any industrialists, agent 'missioners' or ice miners to set up a large and continuing operation without our consent and we'll see how it goes.

Good thing this couldn't possibly draw the attention of other groups interested in finding groups of industrialists to play some games with. I mean, can you imagine if someone went on a public forum to announce the presence of gullible indies in certain regions of lowsec, and even invite more of them?

Some people would start salivating. Let's hope no one does that sort of thing.
Without recording the results, for public perusal.

... for science.

Your IQ seems to get lower with every post.

Yes you brilliant person, there are capsuleers mining somewhere in the Region of the Khanid Kingdom. I'm sure this staggering intelligence will be quite useful to many parties.

It's almost as if I asked for interested parties to contact me privately for detailed discussions.

Now you obviously aren't interested (and you'd be refused anyway), so run along now and keep pounding rocks in high sec.

Aww, it's almost as if someone's getting sore about something. Don't worry, I'll let you get back to pretending you're still relevant after null proved too hard for you to handle.

You know nothing.

We destroyed 60 billion isk in shattered hulls these last few weeks, with near 90% efficiency. I believe only a handful of capsuleers on this particular forum are nearly as successful.

I dare you to do better.

The only thing I've got a record of you doing is having your mining barge blown out from under you by a lone destroyer.

CONCORD mother's milk has kept you soft, and kept your battleground to the forums.

But please crow some more.

There's far more to be found, I can assure you. I've also lost a Prowler to a bunch of Tornados. Oooooh, and I once "killed" a Catalyst that didn't manage to take out my Retriever before CONCORD showed up. Dangerous combat pilot, I am. I think I'll take the nickname "Pain Train" in honor of my poor lost Prowler.

Why would you feel the need to prove yourself to a solitary no-name industrialist who spends her days making some T1 ships, though? If you'd killed a single frigate at the cost of a middling capital fleet, you'd far surpass anything I'd done combat wise in space. Your insecurities are showing, it'd seem, given your desire to compare yourself to me of all people.

But please, crow some more.
